An accessible entrance is available. Please advise us in advance so we can accommodate you.
Each admission ticket comes with one (1) drink ticket for wine or beer and one (1) food ticket. Complimentary snacks are available throughout the evening and additional drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase at the Phoenix. Please drink responsibly.
If you purchased a ticket but are no longer able to attend, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on how to be refunded for your ticket. Alternatively, you can notify Smith + Andersen that you will no longer be attending, but view your ticket as a donation to planting trees.
Eco Jam is a private event for industry professionals, and specifically for Smith + Andersen and Footprint clients and colleagues. Unauthorized purchases will be refunded, along with an apology for the inconvenience.
Tickets are first come first serve, and guests are permitted.
Donations above the base entry fee are welcome and help to plant even more trees. Donations can be made through the ticketing website by selecting the “I can’t attend, but would love to donate!” option and entering the amount you would like to donate.
Please note that $4 = 1 tree.
Please note the following:
• Charity tax receipts will not be issued
• Donations do not guarantee a ticket or entrance into Eco Jam
• You will still need to purchase a ticket to attend Eco Jam (by purchasing a ticket through the “General Admission” option in the ticketing section).
